Russ mentioned that he's working on backstory for Jordi. Obviously, plenty of different ways to go about this, but one thing I like to do is fill out a profile. Here are a few of the questions I ask.
What does her bedroom look like?
Siblings?
Favorite Memory?
Worst Memory?
Greatest Fear?
What does she do when no one is watching?
Relationship with parents?
Best friend?
Favorite movie?
Music?
Where does she see herself in 10 years?
30 years?
Biggest secret?
Religion?
Without fail, the answers to some of these questions result in scenes. And even if none of this information is ever addressed directly, you'll feel it.
